ITSM Ltd builds nothing directly. It holds five ventures to one standard. One person, not a committee.

What I hold

I hold the equity, the accounts and the name. The ventures hold their customers, their product, their voice. One person runs both sides. The discipline is keeping them apart. ITSM Ltd sets a floor. Legal structure, clean accounts, a standard behind the scenes. Each venture rises past that floor on its own. I hold long positions, not quick exits. A venture stays because it is built to last. Not because it is easy to sell. Patience is a choice here. A venture can leave. The standard cannot leave with it. I hold the risk too. If a venture fails, ITSM Ltd wears the cost. That is the trade for the name.

The standard

Every venture meets four questions before I endorse it. Does it keep proper records and clean accounts? Does it treat customers fairly, in plain terms? Does it hold its claims to evidence, not adjectives? Does it survive me stepping away for a week? These are not soft questions. Each needs a written answer, not a verbal one. A venture that fails any of them stays unendorsed. It waits in development until it does not. The bar does not move for a good story. It does not move for a fast round either. I check the answers on a fixed cadence. I write down what I find.

What I refuse

I refuse to inflate one venture's numbers to raise another. I refuse marketing language that promises more than a product gives. I refuse to hold a venture that customers cannot explain. One sentence should be enough. I refuse growth that outpaces its controls. Revenue should never run ahead of what keeps it safe. I refuse to speak for a venture in its own market. That voice belongs to the venture, not to me. And I refuse noise. ITSM Ltd does not chase attention for the ventures. It publishes stewardship, not promotion. Quiet is not decoration here. It is a filter for what gets built.

None of this makes ITSM Ltd exciting to watch. That is the point. Its job is to be reliable. Long after a launch post is forgotten. The ventures earn attention. I earn trust, quietly, one decision at a time.
